Packaging: Normally the inner package ,JBEN will packed by the stretch film , And outpackage JBEN will use the export woodencas if you have special requirment of the package pls let us know in advance.
Delivery time needs to be negotiated with our sales. After you pay, we will customize the machine according to your needs and then deliver it within the specified time. If technical modifications are made after placing the order, an extension of the delivery time might occur.
≡ Training Service
JBEN also support training service. you can arrange our workers come to our factory to learn how to operate and maintain machine, of course, we also can provide machine instruction manual to you.
≡ Machine Inspection Service
JBEN offers inspection service. we will test when the machine is completed, and if you are willling, you can come to our factory to check the machine and our engineer also can tech you how to operate and maintain machine or we will send the Inspection video and machine instruction manual to you.
≡ Machine Installation Service
JBEN also support overseas installation service. we can send engineer to your factory to install the machines. if you are not willing, we can arrange video talk and installation manual to help you install.
≡ After-sales Service
JBEN offer the customer the technology for free for all life time.
♦ Maintance: JBEN support field maintance and video talk with engineers.
♦ Spare Part: During the warranty time the parts are provided free of charge. and when delivery the machine to you, we will send the easy-damaged spart part to you according to your machine or your requirement.
♦ Warranty: 12 months warranty time
♦ Expert Services : JBEN provides machines and production line consulting services. We have professional staff who can provide you with factory layout drawings, beverage formula reference, equipment maintenance and other consulting services.
≡ Payment
30% paid by T/T as deposit; and the balance paid by T/T before shipment. of course, L/C also can do. more question welcome to ask our sales
