Plastic Bottle Blowing Machine

JB-Y is a two-step automatic 10l plastic bottle blowing water bottle manufactring machine, specially designed to blow 10l bottles of cooking oil. it can produce 10L in 1-cavity or 10L in 2-cavity. the machine can also be used to blow other containers with a volume of over 2L, such as beverage bottles, cold-filling juice bottles, mineral water bottles, pesticide bottles etc.

The Fully Automatic PET Bottle Blowing Machine adopts human-computer interface to control the whole working procedures, automatic loading, automatic blowing, automatic dropping. Action cylinders are all assembled with magnetic induction switches. Connect with PLC to control every step and test every cylinder. Next action will continue after the former step done, If former step is not finished, alarm automatically and do not work. PLC displays problem position.

• Guarantee:  for all the machine, it claims one year for guarantee.(Excluded from the warranty are problems due to accidents, misuse , misapplication, storage damage, negligence, or modification to the Equipment or its components. ALSO THE EASY BROKEN SPARE PART IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE)
• Installation:  after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine (The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician USD80 per day. also you can go to our factory to do training.
• After service:  If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above).

1. Before pay deposit: Quotation send–order confirm –Proforma Invoice and contract for your esteemed company
2. Pay 30% as deposit by T/T -Check the bottle mould –Send the prefrom sample—-Machine will work first in our company and using your preform sample
3. Take some videos about machine running and working or your esteemed company come our company see it –the balance 70% payment will be cleared before shipment– After machine arrive in your company , our engineer will installation in your company untill machine can work successfully and stably.
