Semi Automatic Blow Molding Machine

Semi automatic blow molding machine is an advanced 2-step PET blowing machine. It is widey used for different shaped PET, PP bottles like water, alcohol, juice, liquid detergent, vegetable oil, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and personal care items which are just a few examples. Infred self-rotary heater adopted. Mould closing is with double crank, to avoid mould expension (ensure half line very thin) under high pressure. There are automatic and semi-automatic operation ways to choose. Machine is compatible, with approprite design, easy and safe to operate.

1. Suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 50 to 2000mL
2. Used to produce carbonated bottles, mineral water pesticide bottles, oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottles and hot fill bottles
3. Adapts double-crank to adjust mold, heavy locking mold, stable and fast, adapts infrared oven to heat perform, perform rotated and heated equally
4. Air system has been divided into two parts: pneumatic action and bottle parts to meet different requirements for action and blow
5. Can provide sufficient and steady high-pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles
6. Equipped with muffler and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical part of machine
7. Can be operated in the step-by-step mode and semi-auto mode
