Automatic Water Bottling Plant

This automatic water bottling plant is the appropriative filling machine of (PET) water and juice; The helicoids type bottle-neck clamping design and advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology are used in this machine. Washing,filling and capping are integrated in one machine.

The filling operation is faster and more stable due to the micro-negative pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted. The output and benefit is higher than the machines of the same specification.

The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine runs automatically, air conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section,which can adjust speed and coordinated with transducer of the main machine to make the output of moving bottle forward steadily and reliable.

¶  Application Of Automatic Water Bottling Plant

• The machine is mainly applied for the filling of beverage. Integrating with washing, filling and sealing, it realizes full automatic in the whole process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling of mineral water and purified water. The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently and rapidly adjustable.

⇒ Rinser

1. The rotary wheel is a fully 304 stainless steel welded structure.

⇒ Filler

1. The filler providing hardware guarantee for securing product quality and reducing loss.
2. Filling valves are designed and manufactured with German technology, featuring high filling accuracy and high filling speed.
3. Bottles are raised and lowered by cam controlled lifting cylinder. Valve opening mechanism is actuated by air cylinder.
4. All sliding bushes of lifting device use imported anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.

⇒ Capper

1. The capper is most precise part in 3 in 1 filling machine, it care about final bottled water product quality.
2. It also has the bottle check-up switch. Together with cylinder on the joint of the cover track and cover lift, they can control the cover flow and stop it in case no bottle to reduce the quantity of cover.
3. Highly effective acentric way for cap sorting to reduce the abrasion.
4. It has the check-up device to control the cover lift.
