» Drinking Water Filtration System
- Water Storage Tank:It use to storage raw water, and with stable Ro system raw water flow and pressure, protect the raw water pump. In addition, the raw water tank with built-in water stainless steel ball valve and liquid level controller.
- Sand Filter:It can remove different types of particles, For example, suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc. Therefore, this process will reduce the load on the back-end filters
- Active Carbon Filter:The active-carbon filter can remove organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids and etc. Meanwhile, it can also effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water.
- Sodium-ion Filter:Sodium Ion exchanger we also called softer, and the softer theory is exchanging NA+ of resin itself of Ca++ Mg++ of water resource with ion, so it can make water resource soften and become soft water.
- Fine Filte:Prevent the particles entering the membrane, and scratched the surface of the membrane.
- RO System:It can removes the hydronium, organic substance, colloid, bacteria and other impurity by the method of membrane. And the water can be desalted and purified. The pretreated is necessary before entering into the RO system, or it will bring damage to the RO membrane.
- Ultraviolet Sterilizer:The products adopt a high-intensity, long-lived UV germicidal lamp, the device is reasonable, compact, and it adopts the structure of secondary disinfection, so health indicators completely according to the state standard.
- Ozone Generator:there are four connections on the ozone generator: air inlet:/Ozone outlet/chilling water inlet/chilling water outlet
- Pump: It will deliver the raw water to the system, and it is control by PLC. Liquid level controller can control the booster pump’s start and stop.
