1. Bottle Rinser 

• All ss304 rinser nozzle, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption
• 304 stainless steel washing pumps

2. Bottle Filler

• Gravity combined with back flow filling style, so can reach filling completely
• Filling flow chart: Juice Sterilizer or juice storage tank—-high lever tank—-filling nozzle filling the bottle —-in the mean time, the extra juice back flow to balance tank by vacuum system—-delivery the extra juice to the juice sterilizer again.
• The filling station using all ss304 contact parts gives consistent accurate, high precision filling nozzle.
• The filling temperature is adjustable
• No bottle no filling
• Can connect with CIP system

3. Bottle Cap Capper 

• Pick & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads
• Automatic caps arranging and feeding
• No bottle no capping,
• Automatic stop when lack of bottle
