Juice Bottling Machine
This juice bottling machine is the appropriative filling machine of (Glass) water and juice; The helicoids type bottle-neck clamping design and advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology are used in this machine. Washing,filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
The filling operation is faster and more stable due to the micro-negative pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted. The output and benefit is higher than the machines of the same specification.
The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine runs automatically, air conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section,which can adjust speed and coordinated with transducer of the main machine to make the output of moving bottle forward steadily and reliable.
¶ Application Of juice Bottling Equipment
- The machine is mainly applied for the filling of beverage. Integrating with washing, filling and sealing, it realizes full automatic in the whole process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling of fruit juice and beverage. The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently and rapidly adjustable.
