Advanced Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System includes silica and filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO machine (If mineral water, use hollow fiber filter). And all these machines made by stainless steel food stage. What’s more, The treated water can be used in bottle water production line, pure water filling line and mineral water filling line.

» Pre-treatment part

Pretreatment of this machine includes Sand Filtration System, Active Carbon filter, Sodium-ion Filter, and it can remove large size impurities and floating materials effectively.

1. Sand Filtration System:  it can remove suspended particles and Turbidity from the raw water.
2. Active Carbon filter:  It can remove Chlorine, Odor, Color, Pesticides, Organics and In-organics Impurities and Metal Impurities.  In addition, It is necessary to remove Chlorine before RO

Sodium-ion Filter:  Sodium Ion exchanger also called softer, and the softer theory is to exchange NA+ of resin itself of Ca++ Mg++ of water resource with ion,and it will make water resource soften and become soft water. Reverse Osmosis is an equipment to purify the raw water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. RO system is used for water supply treatment. Such as purification for tap water、seawater、brackishwater、 pure water and ultrapure drinking water . Moreover, power stations, electronic industries, and medical treatment also need this plant.

And It can remove 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99% of all bacteria in the feed water.
