This equipment can according to the sterilization conditions and production requirements of the user to design.

Firstly, the convyer transport the sealed can or bottle into the tunner type sterilizer interior. Because the sterlizer have many temperature zones and the product temperature will be adjusted according to this. so when the container passsing through the tunnel, it will be sprayd in different temperature. that is we called the preheating phase, the heating phase (sterilization phase ), and the cooling phase.

Moreover, The front heating section and the rear cooling section are very important for sterilization. Because, it is not only can aviod the taste changing which caused by overheating, but also can prevent the broken bottles resulting from the sudden change in thermal stress of the container.

Finally, in the tunnel sterilization machine, JBEN usually adopt the spray nozzle system. first to install a large spray nozzle, and the hot water will through the shower nozzle to  the container. then transport the containers to the conveyor line through the mesh conveyor belt.
