Working Principle

When the rotor rotating with high speed, it will produce a large centrifugal force, which make the material spray out of rotors’ elongated slit. And under the stator’s collective effect, the material will under two pressure.（the pressure one is allow to though the slit and another one is prevent through）Moreover, If Repeating this process at high speed, It will bring out the high-frequency pressure waves. At the same time, when the material spray out of the slit, it will also also bear other forces, such as the shearing action of the slit, and the rotational shearing force etc. So under the action of various forces, The material will get homogenization and emulsification.
