Bottle Pasteurization Machine

This Bottle Pasteurization Machine is suitable for cooling or heating  glass/ plastic beverage bottles and can carbonated drinks.

This Pasteurization Machine has sterilization phrase and cooling phrase. and within the different temperature zones, the sterilizer can use water to spray the container with different temperatures.

What’s More,  the sterilization principle is that the water sprayed on the cooler container will turn hotter, and the hotter water can be used to cool the sterilized hotter containers, finally it can make the container gradually cool down. So in this way, it can avoid the loss of taste caused by overheat and prevent cracking or deformation of the containers because of the sudden change of the thermal stress.

The interconnection of the heating zones and cooling zones will better recycle the energy , this is the energy regeneration principle. The tunnel Pasteur sterilizer makes full use of the heat balance principle and only consumes limited resources in sterilization zone.

» Bottle Pasteurization Machine Main Feature

1. Bottle Warmer is good choice for plastic bottle, glass bottle and cans beverage filling line.
2. Because carbonated soft drink usually adopts low-temperature (0ºC-4ºC) filling, but ambient temperature of workshop is much higher, so it is very easy to condensed dew on bottle surface which will bring trouble to the downstream as labeling.
3. Especially, if using packing, the dew will make carton wet to cause serious damage.
4. Therefore, after the filling machine, It is necessary to use a bottle warmer to heat the bottle to the ambient temperature.
5. The warmer is tunnel type showering equipment which heats the bottle through spraying hot water for heat exchange.
6. It usually has 3 temperature zones( more zones are possible).
7. After heated by section, the bottle’s temperature could achieve ambient temperature, usually design for 30-35 ºC.
8. Bottle warmer is mainly composed of machine base, conveying chain, transmission system, water storage flume, recycle pump, showering device, heating device and pipes.
9. Exchanger could adopt steam plate type exchanger and electrical type exchanger.
