Drinking Water Treatment Plant

Drinking water treatment plant includes silica and filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO machine (If mineral water, use hollow fiber filter). All these machines made by stainless steel food stage.This water treatment plants are used to treat the water from lake, spring, ground water and so on. After treatment, the water can be drinked.

This RO water treatment system can be used in bottle water production line, fruit juice processing line and mineral water filling line and so on.

» Drinking Water Treatment Plant Characteristic

• Adopts imported RO membrane, which can remove 99.7% inorganic salt, heavy metal ion and completely get rid of colloid, microbiology organic materials, germ, protozoa, pathogens, bacteria, inorganic chemical and so on.
• No need to add any chemicals, stable pure water quality, and no pollution drained, low produce cost.
• Equipped with pretreatment system, such as active carbon absorption filter and PP sediment filter.
• 304 stainless steel rack and pipe accessories connection.
• Equipped with auto pressure protection system and on -line monitor.
• Automatically and manually wash RO membrane. Also the design of washing the RO membrane is by chemical solution (citric acid or sodium hydroxide optional).
• The lifespan of the whole system is long, operation simple, the applicability is strong

» Pre-treatment part

Pretreatment of this machine includes Sand Filtration System, Active Carbon filter, Sodium-ion Filter, and it can remove large size impurities and floating materials effectively.

1. Sand Filtration System:  To remove suspended particles and Turbidity from the raw water by using Silica Quartz Sand
2. Active Carbon filter:  To remove Chlorine, Odor, Color, Pesticides, Organics and In-organics Impurities and Metal Impurities from the water by using Carbon Bed. Removal of Chlorine is required for effective RO to be done to the water
3. Sodium-ion Filter:  Sodium Ion exchanger also called softer,that softer theory is exchanging NA+ of resin itself of Ca++ Mg++ of water resource with ion to make water resource soften and become soft water. Sodium Ion exchanger is including refreshing device.

» Reverse Osmosis Plant

• Reverse Osmosis plant can remove dissolvable impurities and bring down the TDS ( Total dissolvable solids )from water by the process of OSMOSIS

» Drinking Water Treatment Plant Feature

• This ro water treatment system adopts stainless steel sand filter, active carbon filter effectively to remove big impure particles and suspending matters, improve RO membrane water inputting index, effectively remove the smell and rest chlorine of the original water, and improve the taste of water quality. The main machine adopts American high effective low-pressure compound film, with single film salt removing degree up to 99%. And The high low-pressure protection imported form Korea ensures the breakdown low to 0%,with the outputting water up to national pure water standard.RO system (including: raw water pump, sand filter, active carbon filter, chemical doser, water softener, micro filter, reverse osmosis system, back washing system, sterilization ,water tank and fittings).
