Mineral Water Bottling Machine

The mineral water bottling machine is mainly used in the water bottle filling plant operations. The three functions of bottle rinsing, bottling and capping are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in bottling mineral water and drinking water in bottles made of polyester and plastics.

The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles. The bottling operation is faster and more stable because the micro pressure bottling operation of the new type is adopted. Therefore the output and benefit of the machine is higher than the machines of the same specifications.

Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel. • Washing Unit: Bottles are moving into screw, locked by clamps, rotating until handstand, and washing by pure water
• Filling Unit: After washing, bottles are moving into filling system by star wheel; at the same time, filling valves start working, until to the setting filling level; bottles are moving to next section. Safety system for bottle-blocking, with alarming system;
• Capping Unit：This part is including capping nozzles, driving system and cap-unscrambler; After filling, bottles are moving into capping system by star wheel.

» Main Feature Of Mineral Water Bottling Machine

1. Adopt compressed air drying system to blow the water droplets. The plastic buffering clippers holds the bottle body to convey and protect the glass bottles.
2. Adopt bottle bottom holding and micro-negative-pressure filling type. The filling level is steady and speed stable, without leakage.
3. Adopt alarm devices for bottle jam, bottle shortage, bottle damage, cap shortage, over loading etc. in several places. The device helps to ensure the quality of its production.
4. Easy operation. For the bottles with same diameter but a little difference in height, the 3in1 monobloc do not need changing exchanging parts.
